The Lee Collective
Brief
Annie Lee Carroll works across design, creative direction, fine art and production design, and runs Lee Collective, a Chicago event series that brings Asian traditions into nightlife. The site has to hold both practices without blurring them.
Idea
The homepage splits in two. Each half is a name in heavy white caps on black, and hovering one dims the other and opens a soft-edged circle of footage from that world.
Result
Separate archives for the client work and the Lee Collective events, project pages with slideshows and full credits, an about page and a wall of past partners.
